OSHAWA, Ont. – One teenager is dead and another is in custody following a stabbing in Oshawa, Ont. Durham regional police say a 17-year-old male victim was stabbed at around 3 p.m. during what witnesses describe as a “verbal altercation.” Police say the incident occurred Thursday afternoon in the area of Harmony Road and Taunton Road.
