Don Valley Parkway reopens after flooding due to heavy rainfall

The northbound and southbound lanes of the Don Valley Parkway in downtown Toronto have reopened to traffic following flooding in the area overnight. OSHAWA, Ont. – One teenager is dead and another is in custody following a stabbing in Oshawa, Ont.
