Authorities have seized 10 litres of suspected liquid cocaine after two Ottawa residents allegedly attempted to smuggle the drug in rum bottles from the Dominican Republic earlier this month. OPP officer charged with assault after alleged off-duty incident in northern Ontario

ELLIOT LAKE, Ont. – Ontario Provincial Police say one of its officers is facing charges after an alleged domestic assault that happened when he was off duty.
