Tue, Feb 27: Global News has learned that the homicide unit is investigating a new tip from a neighbor, who used to live next door to alleged serial killer Bruce McArthur in the 1990s in Oshawa. Police told Global News they are aware of the information and are determining how to proceed with the investigation into McArthur’s old house. Catherine McDonald has more.
